An experience with the new Sukhoi29 37% thanks to Aerobertics

After the success of the first edition in 2007 a Czech team headed by Ivo Krill organized the second European eXtreme Flight Championship the 11-13th September in Znojmo.

The French Championship 2009 took place near my home, It was organised by a small but top club at Surin, Sud Vienne Aeromodelisme. We never had a welcome like that....the airfield was perfect, organizers so nice and weather really good! Everything was present for a top french championship 2009.

Fantastic suspense at Romilly for the Aerobatic-cup 2009...

The 10-11-12th July, the most important F3M European Contest, took place in Romilly Sur Seine(France). Almost 40 pilots were on the airfield for the battle between three nations, Belgium, Switzerland, France with a guest from South Africa Graig Baverey, who lives in England

It is one of the most important FAI F3M contest in Europe, where I came no more than  two times (school!!!) This year with the F3P French Championship and my last school exam  just before, the World Air Game one week later, I needed my friend Pascal Rousseau motived and helped me to come, thanks to him.

The last wild F3M date took place in Villingen-Schwenningen (Germany) in September.

42 pilots were there, 12 class X and 30 class XL, 9 countries in competition. Mark Leseberg (USA) and Ido Seguev (Israel) were Krill 's guests.

Rules AMA: The known sequence (35%), the unknown sequence (50%), the free-style (15%) :

Lot of Krill models, a few electrics and a fantastic show approved by several thousand spectators.

Some 70 sponsors came for rewarding the competitors.

It took place in the end of August in the North of France near Amiens. There were a lot of competitors especially in "Novice category", there was maybe a big stress for the youngest but great atmosphere for all of us. It was my first win in "International Class", after four bronze medals!

Here is my oldest plane : an Extra 330s.Thogether we started the "International category" in 2004 and won the International French Championship 2008. This plane has been designed by CPLR and was produced by ZNline for the TOC 2000. After many upgrades it is today powered by ZDZ 160RV-CH and flies as well as the first time!

This Yak55M is my newest plane, I have bought it in 2007 espeacially to improve my freestyle routine 2008, but without enough time I will fly with it in 2009. It is produced by Krill Aircraft and the design is from Gernot Bruckmann for IMAC and F3M contest.
