Fantastic suspense at Romilly for the Aerobatic-cup 2009... The 10-11-12th July, the most important F3M European Contest, took place in Romilly Sur Seine(France). Almost 40 pilots were on the airfield for the battle between three nations, Belgium, Switzerland, France with a guest from South Africa Graig Baverey, who lives in England
Also for the first time an English judge was present Mr Bob Alles with accustomed judges from, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and France. Weather was clear on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, But on Sunday for the freestyle, wind and rain showed up and increased the stress!
Jérome Savioz came after some years off, and with his son Mihcael who is 10 years old and flew in Novice.
Saturday evening.....no comments!!!
At the end of the pattern rounds, points were so close in national and especially in International that we were 5 pilots in 6points! And with the wind only one freestyle round took place. Nicolas was 2nd before but he broke a rudder cable during his flight and some zeros were given for the security criteria!
The Carden Aircraft Extra of Grey Beverey.
The Galley's family...don't worry!!!
Guillaume Dobbler flies this year with the YAK 54 110" from extreme flight.
Donuts-Models is never far...Sebastien came with his new design product by Donuts, an Aïto made of wood, believe me, it's the smoothest 3D plane that I've ever tested!!!
The assembly of the Pascal Rousseau's Yak.
Novice and National Podium
International and Freestyle podium, a succes for the Aerobertics team with the First and Third place in International.
Jacky Parant, Pascal Blauel and all their club made a top work along the week-end, we've come to the AMC Romilly for some years and each time it’s amazing…and besides this time the food was much better;-)
One more time the miss was nice ;-)
All Result here: Espoir, Nationale and Internationale.
